soooooo disappointed in myself. I've been stressed and feeling drowsy everyday. so I haven't been working out. I got down to 208, and now I'm at 218. it's only been a month. how did i gain 10 pounds in one month?

Don't despair. You will get it off again. I wanted to lose 63 pounds in 6 months, but now I am just shooting at .5 to 1 pound a week. I have lost 13 since January. Hopefully this time next year I will be my goal weight. We all have the same issue with keeping weight off.

I'm just now seeing this. But, thank you so much for the support guys! I've gained more since then but I'm trying to stay motivated.
