I said I would be happy with any loss, and I am, but honestly I was a little crabby too. UGH. Only one pound loss. I guess its going to take me more than a week to take off what it only took me a week to put on.

Annoying, but that seems to be the name of the game.

You're looking for a *trend*. :) Weight can change for all kinds of reasons, especially for us ladies. Don't be discouraged. You're on the right track and you're working hard.

Join the club lol. It's not fun at all, but as long as you see yourself gradually decreasing you're doing good. You may consider taking body measurements as well. I had to start doing that to get a better idea of how and where my body was changing. I've been seeing inches and inches vanishing, yet there's been a pretty unimpressive change on the scale. Being able to see two inches gone here or three there has been a huge motivation for me...even if the scale is an annoying brat lol

try drinking nothing but water.. don't eat after six and no more then 50 grams of fat.. maybe even lower your calorie intake to maybe 1500 daily... try it for week .. I promise you'll be sending me a message like whare have I been all this time
