Woke up Sunday morning with a raging sore throat. Progressed to a head cold within 36 hours. From the start, I'm Treating it with Spirulina, Nutritional yeast, ginger juice, garlic, onions. Very tired Sunday, took it easy, but Monday, Tues, & today I feel good. Walking with friends 2 miles 2.7mph Sunday, and 3.6 mile walk @ average 3mph with stopping to wait for my friends, Tues evening. Right now still eating my huge breakfast. and it is very delicious! caramelized onion, garlic, eggs cooked just right, cherry tomatoes, and firm manchego cheese all producing a kaleidoscope of delicious different compatible flavors :) A nice balance of fat, carbs, protein, and little low on the important Fiber.
