I feel that this is about where my progress should be... The weight is still lower than the 123.8, so I am pleased with that. It is a little higher than I would have had liked to be on this date, especially after a weekend away with friends. But thing that disappointed me the most, was my poor choices on this night. I ate a little more than I would have liked... And I keep doing this, I feel that I need to harness my focus and put it towards cutting the eating before bed. This is by far my biggest hurlde.
