omg! that 400 crunches a day challenge is killer! I managed 200 each day, and will try to increase this week. cleaned the house and that was most of my exercise today and saturday! Hoping for a good week, but hubby wants to eat out for valentines and we have a sports banquet with a buffet on wednesday. ugh. hope there's salad!!:)
