I finally cracked the 160 mark - although admittedly I've changed scales and I weighed in right after going to the bathroom this morning (but I did keep my weigh-in outfit consistant and I don't think the scale is much different, however, my weight varies up to 3 pounds over the day, so I'm sure this is cheating a bit. It'll probably be about 2 weeks before I make it to the scale again. However, I now have cross country skis which I plan to use lots over the next 2 weeks which will hopefully save me from the occasional indulgence. I did set a record this week. I bought a bag of candy cane flavoured hersy's kisses (my favourite chocolates and probably a good part of how I gained weight in the first place). I've now had them for over 4 days and I still have some left, even with sharing... Usually they'd be gone in under 24 hours.... (although I ate 6 to celebrate my new weight)
It'll be interesting the next few weeks to see what my weight does. I won't be at home and I don't know if that will make it harder or easier to maintain my diet. It'll also be Christmas and we'll probably eat out more. Interestingly I find that I can't eat as much as I did a few weeks ago. I just feel full faster.
