I had leg surgery om Feb 18th and spent one whole week not exercising, five day of that in bed. I gained back up to 201 punds. As soon as i was able, i started slowly exercising again, and have lost a little of what i gained. I feel so much better when i exercise, and the Wii-Fit makes it easy to want to do so.
