Happy with that, especially as I am a day away from TTOM.
hubbys weight: 87.5 (loss of 0.2) Hes doing awesome. I am still amazed at how easily he dived into this vegan lifestyle. Seriously when I first suggested it, he was like a brick wall of refusal and hes never like that with me. Apparently the vegetable pie we ate one lunch time at a restaurant won him over. He even prefers his sacred coffee with soy milk now. I have noticed the dark circles under his eyes are clearing up, despite the fact I know he could use more sleep. The large skin tag on his eyelid has completely disappeared. The little dotty spots on his upper arms are gone leaving nice smooth skin. Overall hes looking so much healthier and thats in only a few months of cutting things from our daily menu.
I hope everyone else is doing well and noticing every small but important change in their health too.
