This is good. Though it took ten days for a downward trend. I have been on this journey for such a long time. I definitely believe that I am still vulnerable. This habit of eating is so ingrained in my mind. Sometimes I still eat knowing Im not hungry. The excercise is also still hard. Thats all the reality. Now, there is grest positives that far out weigh the hard stuff. I eat appropriate food. I excercise knowing that Im going to feel alive, happy and satisfied with life. It definitely releases great chemicals. The happiness I have now is more than I could ever of imagined. I am always going to read back on my journal. I want to remember how it was harder being 100+ kgs than any excercise Ive done or any treat food Ive decided not to eat.

I hope you all are proud of your journey. I hope everyone has smiles and laughs.

Those who know me, know that I tell it like it is... no bullshit, just straight up! I just wish I had you confidence and determination with this weight loss thing.
