well I did a lot of walking yesterday and I ate to my calories
but this morning the weight is up
not sure if it could be fluid retention as my knee is quite swollen and so sore today
so official weigh day tomorrow - will have to wait and see what it brings

Fluid retention from knee or muscles not used to all the walking can cause a gain. Google "why the scale lies" for water weight insight.

Keep it up!! You did all the right things, some times it takes a day or two to reflect on the scale. Good Job!!

I wouldn't worry about fluid retention because it is more likely to be a bowel problem. Aim to eat fresh and cooked vegetables and fresh fruit plus drink at least 1 litre of water a day and see how much easier things will get. The bowel can hold around 5 kgs of poo unbelievable as it may sound!
