Thank the Lord for his help in Maintaining my Weight loss. I am back to working outdoors in yard during warm days. I am also still trying to transition to indoor exercise and walking. Health issues (allergies) may slow me, but soon, I will be adjusted to weather and changes in environment. I am Still making better food choices! I can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens me!!! Praise and thanksgiving to Him, and Him alone for the Victory. When He is all you have, you do learn that He is all you need.
