For Lent I have decided to give up sweets such as cookies, cake, chocolate & things of that nature. I will probably not restrict myself from the Fiber One granola bars and/or some type of pudding. Just to keep from going crazy. I got up and ran this morning. It was great. I feel a little bit of lactic acid build up, but I hope I can repeat this on Friday morning. I would also like to stop eating so much. CHad was a great distraction that kept food from my mind. I am determined to find something else that will do the same. The only thing I am disappointed about is the fact that a boy was such a motivating factor. I knew that it would be, but I had not expected to find something so quickly. And now, that is over.
