Yes, I did gain back 4 lbs. But I've been worrying about a problem with my leg for the past couple of months, so I haven't worked out. I've been going to physical therapy to help heal a muscle injury, and I've lost a bit of motivation. My busy schedule is almost done for the fall, and next Tues. I have a whole month off. My husband and I just bought a treadmill for Christmas, so I guess that's what I'll be using everyday! I'm actually excited to get back on track.
