Woohoo! Back in "1"derland! While it is so depressing to re-lose weight I have already lost, I am so happy to be moving the needle back in the correct direction. I need to remember how proud of myself I am so that I keep my promise to myself to stay on track. That morning fist pump when I saw a "1" as my first digit needs to provide me with the resolve to keep going.
Three days in a row going to the gym. That will soon be day 4, 5, 6, and then 7. I will be taking Sunday off because of my housewarming party on Saturday night. Then, right back at it. I am sore, but that will pass and the muscle I am building will help me look and feel better.
