Weight up again. Not surprising, as I had hot chocolate with cream at the weekend and pork chops with a fromage frais and mushroom sauce last night. Both very nice, but a bit rich and fattening. Still have one pork chop left for dinner .. Oh the moral dilemna!
Have recently noticed an app called the CRON-O-Meter. Could be very useful for people trying to lose weight on FatSecret, as it gives extra information on vitamin and mineral status. Perhaps the ideal would be FatSecret and CRON-O-Meter combined.
