Weight up again. Not surprising, as I had hot chocolate with cream at the weekend and pork chops with a fromage frais and mushroom sauce last night. Both very nice, but a bit rich and fattening. Still have one pork chop left for dinner .. Oh the moral dilemna!

Have recently noticed an app called the CRON-O-Meter. Could be very useful for people trying to lose weight on FatSecret, as it gives extra information on vitamin and mineral status. Perhaps the ideal would be FatSecret and CRON-O-Meter combined.

Thank you for those kind words. ... And if you're wondering, final decision was pork chop with just a bit of the sauce. Very nice with new potatoes, green beans and peas. Perhaps that's the answer. It's not so much what you eat as how much of it you eat.

That sounds just lovely. Yes you are right .. do enjoy your food. Let's face it we can't have much. I'm just having a very quiet Jack Daniels with honey as I've been a tadge out of sorts with the spider episode. Take care Judy .. have a good day there in Worcester 🐛

Those pork chops sound lovely! I'm sure you'll get back on track - you've managed pretty well with fluctuations to date.
