Slept at 4am today and woke up at 5:50 to go to the Gym. All I can tell you is worst Gym session ever it was more of mental exercise as I body truly had nothing to give and it was only will power and my PT that got me over the line. None of this in 2017 will have a renewed focus on all aspects of my life. Flying overseas tomorrow so looking forward to just sleeping all the way. Have bought some healthy food so wont be touching airline junk.
