I think this morning as a lot lately, that I'm having a pelvic floor muscle cramping issue, mild pulsating pain.
Or I do know I have a stuck kidney stone in left ureter where it bends 90 degrees heading to the bladder.
So, in case it's the kidney stone, I took 3 grams Niu Xi concentrated chinese herb, in hot water at 6:48am. which always relieves the pain. we'll see. I don't know if it would help the muscle cramping. hmm. but it is good for loosening or relaxing muscles, so yes, it can.

I hope the kidney stone passes without too much distress. I am unable to comment because I don't have any experience with herbal remedies or supplements. I am however interested in your success. Keep us posted. 🙀

8:31pm update. The herbal relaxes the ureter smooth muscles, and did so this morning, taking about 1.5 hours. Then had to take some Niu Xi again before my Tuesday evening walk, and it worked perfectly. no pain. The herbal can help pass the stone, but stones pass when they feel like it. :)
