well its not a gain but only a 1/2 lb this week. I guess it is from eating almonds more than usual this week. Oh well, there is next week.

I'd say that considering the stress you've been under that 1/2 lb. is pretty darn good. Take care.

well there is a bit of good news. They took the breathing tube out today and he is breathing on his own. They are giving him 10mg of BP med so his BP will come up. He is still listed as critical but I have faith and hope.

It is probably just water weight that is keeping the scale from showing your true weight loss. Almonds are so healthy (if they are raw). Keep up the good work!
