So I am back from an emergency gallbladder removal surgery and extracting 14 big gallstones.
No hernia repair operation and no tummy tuck in the near future, need a lot of healing in my stomach.

No more banting - high fat and quick weight loss contributed to these gallstones as per the surgeon. Now on gallstone recovery diet - bland foods with no acid and no gas forming - now to get under 100kg...let's go!

Oh my word !!! are you okay? With this new recovery diet you will loose the weight chop chop. You go girl!! I am still battling here on 118 kg now. We are not going anywhere for holiday this year. We are not getting bonus this year or increase so there will be no money to buy junk food !!!
