Brought weight down 0.4 lbs to 141 lbs by going to the gym on Saturday 19th Nov and seem to have maintained that weight so far. We were helping my son (studying media) with making a short film in Birmingham yesterday, so this involved a lot of walking around the market and by the canal ... and yes someone did end up being murdered by being pushed into the canal.
