Hey, you've done brilliantly so far, dropping about 25% of your bodyweight in less than 6 months!
We do hit occasional plateaus as the weight comes off, it is rarely a perfectly smooth curve and patience is required. The hardest part (and source of frequent failure for me) has always been sticking at it for long enough to work through the periods when loss slows.
Shooting for muscle gain and fat loss simultaneously is a tough act to pull off. I have found that doing weights while dieting is about minimising muscle loss rather than attempting to gain bulk. I've tried to do both a few times, but the two goals seem incompatible. However, we do at least get to look better, as the subcutaneous fat loss leaves us with visually better muscle definition.
