Just a little uptick. But it does get irritating doesn't it. Don't get discouraged, keep doing what you know you need to do.

Thanks for the support, YOU have done amazing.. I fee so annoyed, just when u think it is gonna go down, it goes up and stays there for a week or more... it is just crazy.. I think I am going to try to stay away from cheese... I eat 2 oz a day... I really try to watch my carbs... I don't eat crappy food... I REALLY want to hit 231 by December 17th... not so sure I can do it.

That would be about 2 1/2 lbs a week to get to 231. Pretty big task, but a goal to strive for. Best of luck!

Ha for me that is a HUGE task but I am going to really work hard to try to get this body to get rid of more weight...thanks for the support xo
