very sad day. I gained weight. I haven't weighed in cause I knew I was doing bad. I'm hoping by putting it out there it will encourage me to do something about it. I want to show the world the skinny girl inside of me cause this painful shell around me has needed to be shed for a while now. let's do this.

you got this. the people here are wonderful and very supportive. I, for one, have went from 248.5 on March 25, 2016 to a current 172. don't sweat it just eat right and start moving. you are in very good company here.

It is interesting that we don't weigh in because we have not be following our healthy way of eating--I have been doing it too. I wait until I have had a few days back on track before I even want to look at a scale! Not looking doesn't change the facts, but looking at the situation head on is really what can motivate you to do what is needed to get results. You CAN DO THIS!

Similar thing happend to me i ate oht of my diet and gained 8 pounds of water. Then i kept eating bad for 4 days and not till just 3 days ago i went back to diet and man it feels good. Dont worrie you got this
