Weight has remained the same for a while now.
Might seem surprising seeing as most days I am under 1000 calories intake, but honestly, I am VERY sedentary.
I just bought a pushbike. Its a little daunting after so many years!

Some tips to myself
* Stay strictly below 500 calories 2 days a week
(dont sit infront of telly on those 2 evenings, its too tempting to snack)
* Start to exercise
(selling your car meant you were suppose to walk/ride places, not hide in your house and become a cave dweller)
* Keep up with the vegetables.
(Keep meat to a minimum. Its good for you and for the planet, besides the idea of eating animals has always been distasteful. Live true to yourself. Be careful not to introduce too many pasta dishes. Keep bread out of your diet. Watch the crisp replacement(popcorn)Dont make this a nightly event.
* Try not to go insane.

(hubbys weight 95.6, hes doing good)
