Really been up and down lately; sometimes the scale (morning) has been saying 161, othertimes 158, really weird. Have been doing Kieser training about 3 times a week for my back and it is starting to feel better, at least during the day.
Overall just watching myself and minimizing the really bad meals/moments. Can certainly do better.
