Feeling much better, just had a excellent workout and ready to see the scale start moving again. It doesn't move if I don't work out for some reason. So, I'm back and ready to move it.:D
I did my 20 workout pilates tape, first time in a year felt good, but I'm sure I'll feel it in the morning. Plus did 22 mins.on the treadmill. I've had a two week break you might say on dropping weight, but maintained, now I'm ready to drop it more. Eating 24points only, no extras.
82.6 kg 지금까지 감소한: 3.2 kg.    남은양: 14.5 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.

You are doing so good! I just got back on my diet yesterday and I am so glad that I did. I am truly enjoying exercising and eating right. Remember to take your time girlfriend, don't over do it!

Keep at it... you're doing fabulous! I need to get to doing more exercise too, it's a very slow process without it and definitely have lost more when I've made the effort. Hope you have a great weekend and wish you lots of luck for next weeks weigh-in! :o)
