Wow, it's incredible. My weight has literally not changed for the entire month of September. And even down to the tenths measurement as my electronic scale does go one digit past the decimal point. I couldn't believe it so I actually grabbed a barbell and placed it onto the scale to make sure that it's calibrated correctly. And sure enough, it was accurate. I don't know if maintenance is a good thing or bad thing, but I do feel healthier though, i.e.- more energy and look better naked in the mirror :) That's all one can ask for, right?
