I did eat on plan yesterday starting with the lunch meal. Last night after dinner, I was slamming ice water. I suspect my glycogen stores demanded it.

Anyway, I have learned that my dietary indiscretions play out on the scale for 48 hours following the latest ingestion of simple sugar.

This will be gone by Monday morning.

Slamming ice water? Lol. Sounds like you were a quart low. That's probably the entire pound.

What did you make with ingredients posted in your snack section?? Sounds like it would be yummy.

It wasn't yummy. It was kind of bitter with the flax and nuts. I felt really bingey and made a fat and fiber bomb. Xylitol is OK, but it stays grainy. The best one uses almond flour, xylitol, butter, cream cheese and drops of almond and vanilla extracts.

Thanks Lady... I put my Xylitol thru the coffee grinder so it won't be so grainy. I make my own flours the same way. I ate some stupid jellly beans today! They were there! I started to eat some Italian bread that hubby has sitting on the counter and saw it was moldy... YAY!!
