Another good result could have done better but sleeping late is literally killing me. It means I cannot wake up on time for Cardio and I am rushing everything I do. This morning I missed my cycle class.

On reflection of my diet I viewed one thing. I did get hungry on at least 3 occasions yesterday. In the morning I had no energy whatsoever and this sometimes happens. Fatsecret does not record this but I drink Pure White Tea (Silver Needles) not grocery store stuff or adverty stuff. I find this gets me through the hard days gives me energy and vitality and cuts the hunger and is just about the healthiest thing you can drink also research says it can prevent cancer. With this I have only been sick 2 days when I did not drink it in the last 8 weeks compared with 1-2 weeks for rest of household. Just thought I would let you know in case you reach those road blocks and you are trying to beat a dieting record otherwise stick to fruit, yoghurt other healthy snacks.
