Started gaining weight in March after being hired onto the new job. 5lbs in a weekend, 5 more pounds 2 weekends later, then holding steady at 203 for months.

Issues: chips and guac, bread, no exercise, eating out.

WOE: Vegan

Eating style: Intuitive

Game Plan: Start training for half marathon, morning workouts

Goal: Running 8 miles, losing 8 pounds in 8 weeks (ha! I'm actually trying to slim down for a music festival and it just happens to be in 8 weeks)
