Honestly, I'm disappointed. I always hope to lose more and 0.4 pounds was unexpected. But my mother pointed out how I had awful sleep this week, because of my son's wakefulness due to teething. I was up most of the night 2 nights in a row. I suppose it's possible that I lost or basically maintained due to little rest. I'm not sure, though. Salt intake wasn't good this week, either.. Oh well, try harder this week!

I'm actually feeling a lot better already! I finished a workout program today, and so I redid my measurements and I lost 9.25 inches since Mid-June! Thank you for the encouragement!

It's going pretty good, so far. I've been scheduling my readings, but I haven't had any written assignments yet, but they're coming, lol.
