Instant Enlightenment, part 7

Turning off Pain.

Yes, you can do that.

How? We need to go to a place where there is no Light, no Darkness; no Sound, no Silence. Where we ignore our five senses.

By letting go, we can go to a void of peace, quiet, serenity.

No thoughts, nothing.

Open minded, accepting.

Innocence.

In this place there are no limits either.

Here we can focus on pain, with curiosity,

and with a flick of our consciousness,

turn that pain off.

and trust that it stays off, without testing it.


Find this void.

Practice,

experiment.

Find that key to turning off pain.

I know it can be done.

I do it every day.

I stumbled across it by doing the above.

I haven’t used Novocain for 30 years.

Well, the dentist wouldn’t let me use this for extraction's.

But all other fillings, including those all the way to the nerve, center of the teeth drilled to the gum line, I used nothing but this Turning off Pain.

It works for banged shins and ankles, headaches, lower back pain.

Anger, emotional pain; everything.

Anyone can do it.


9/8/16 for about a week I have noticed lots of pain left forearm just below outer elbow. More pain when clamping my hand over something large and lifting it. Tried mineral ice, which helped only a little. Took turmeric cure and added ginseng concentrate At 10:08 a.m. I also used mediating mind focus, soothed and turned off pain, so not sure which fixed it, but elbow pain mostly gone by 10:50am.
Also, Early this morning & still at 11am, I’m noticing lower left back pain, could be kidney stone, known to have one there. So took 2g Niu Xi in hot water, foamed up with drink mixer. then doing mind focus, can feel the typical twinges, ureter muscles trying to move it on. mind focus, is like Jedi Knight pushing forward into utter peace & heightened awareness, and able to alter the area. (sometimes there’s resistance to reaching too far into this peaceful bliss, but I just let it go and keep focus. Possible to reach complete ecstasy doing this.)
11:18am Elbow pain mostly gone, Lower left back pain completely gone. Could be all I did helped this: Niu Xi herb, Turmeric cure, and Mind focus.
