Well it's down to 10 more days of super dieting. To achieve my personal goal I need to loose 4kg in 10 days. That will make it a total of 22.3kg lost in 8 weeks leaving me with a more achievable 33kg to loose.

Although 4kg in 10 days might seem easy to some it is not. So I have come up with my battle plan.

For next 10 days
1. Morning Walk everyday 40mins - minimum
2. Gym Session - Cardio everyday
3. Gym Session - Weights 7 days (2 Full Body workouts)
4. Carbs limited to 20g
5. Calories limited to 1000
6. Protein minimum is 130g no exceptions

I will not fail or stop and anything goes wrong I will have to rely on the ambo's who have my every respect.

After super diet it is switching to eating all natural with exercise with slower weight loss but emphasis on muscle gain.

Woah that's a lot of weight training! Good luck with your 10 day goal. I fell off the wagon last weekend so I'm trying to get back on track this week and reading this has given me more motivation to do so. =)

Wow! That's pretty full on. Be careful not to injure yourself, nothing like an injury to stop weight loss. Good luck

Thanks for the support guys. For weights I have a PT and Gym Cardio is mostly on machines but even though I will watch myself as an injury is the last thing I need.
