Going well another good loss best so far but not so sure about this one because my water intake was approx 3l not 4l so will have to see over next 2 days to ensure this is not water weight loss.
I feel like doing exercise today but I have to force myself to rest. I might try yoga today as I need a stretch and I hear it is good for you. I seem to be hitting my goals so far.

I started doing yoga, it's harder than it looks, but really worth it. I started off with YouTube! I started with Jen Hillmans yoga for dummies, it's even more basic than a beginners one. Then I moved up to her weight loss for beginners. I highly recommend her videos, plus they are only 1/2 an hour compared to most others that are an hour.
The Psychtruth channel has loads of good videos on it. Good luck!
Oh and another thing the yoga helped my running too, it teaches you good breathing skills 😃
