Pot syrup et al made me violently nauseous and I threw up probably whatever I ate the whole day and certainly all the peanuts and other junk at night, including OD'ing on chocolate. I was afraid I was going to OD and die last night. Mopped and washed floors and towels, stayed awake with flooded thoughts all night long. Exhausted. But I weighed 133.2 after being 134.something and pooping. Also took 1 furosemide yesterday while in SB with Danny's eye surgery.
60.4 kg 지금까지 감소한: 9.4 kg.    남은양: 3.7 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.
