A loss...not big. Bigger run made for a massive increase with hunger. So Im going to do more hills and smaller runs uphill. I also have upped cal intake to allow for the extra cals burned on the treddy. I am getting sick of the eighties. I want the 70s so gonna get more focused on the food side.

I am in the same boat. 81kg.. so close to being in the 70's, just struggling to get there!

Sometimes these nymbers play games in the mind. I feel impatience growing...at 81 I will snap into full blown impatience. .I have every front digit change. I see my pattern thanks to this journal stuff😊😊😊😎😎

Jenn...I feel guilty. ..I did that run and had massive carb/food crave...fri night last I ate a bucket load of pizza...sooooo Im thinking "dang, I could of dropped a kg"...its stupid mind games...Im feeling weird...or maybe I am weird bwahahahaha

Don't let your mind play tricks on you. You have done so well, running and losing weight and the occasional bust out with food is ok. Perhaps before your next run, try to have some food prepared for when you get back. Jane, even if you didn't eat the pizza, you may have still only lost the same or a fraction more. Don't beat yourself up over it.

Even if you don't lose kilos, the running is making you a healthier and fitter person! You will feel and look better for it even if the weight loss slows down for a bit (it may do that while you build up muscle)

Im really impressed with your running. Go girl! Excellent effort. My only tip is, stave off carb cravings by increasing how much lean protein u eat for lunch. I find its a winner...xx

Saskia I really didn't think rins would increase muscle to much. Maybe...hmmm. I think you just snapped me out of my funk...ya know 'the light bulb moment '. Thanks all for the support. ..it seriously has such a massive influence. ..😊😊

Hi Jane, I noted that the couple of days prior to being hungry after exercise, you ate low amounts of protein, maybe that's why you had the dreaded hunger pangs (just guessing as I'm not a doctor)? You're doing what I'm doing, high negative calories every day 1300 - 2500, so just keep at it, don't be discouraged by short term poor results, and I know you'll get there. Remember losing weight isn't about exercise, it's about what we eat. Exercise is about being healthy and fit and kickarse ;-)

Cheers Techman...I definitely stuffed it...then stuffed it in bwahahahaha. I like to vary it up but thought the high carb b4 run would help...lesson learnt. Ive pulled my head in again (it tends to beeak free sumtimes). Onward and downward 😊😊
