Happy about the weight loss. I am now 110% focused. I woke up today morning wanting to go to the gym for an early morning TRX session. Ended up deciding to Walk/Run.
Interesting thing I have found out yesterday that my Samsung Galaxy s6 has a heart rate and health monitor and has been tracking all my activities. I looked at my performance yesterday and it told me I ran for 2 mins and walked for 56mins. I thought I had run for 15mins. On reflection I realised I only did run for 2 mins at the beginning and phone had a graph showing when I ran.
Armed with the poor performance data from yesterday and Heart Rate monitor I ran 10mins today of which 6 mins was HIIT and I managed to keep my heart rate elevated. I also sweated a bit showing that I did something.
Long story short if you have fitness trackers at your disposal use them they provide insightful data. Maybe in 2 months I will be up to 30 mins running.
