Wow! It's so good to be on the other side of the scale and having my blood sugar back to a stable rate!
It was hard that first day and from experience I know it will get a lil hard again but not like starting all over again!
6 more pounds and I'm back to where I was before company, can't wait!
What I do hate is this sugar withdraw, headaches and nausea, blah :P
I am looking for a new post for my diet board anyone have some words to write on it?
Already it has helped me sooooo very much. It was a good idea.

Yes. You do "got this!" Kicking sugar is hard. It is the single greatest thing that I have done food wise. And that was 12 years ago. The next best thing was kicking out lots of carbs. It was about 3 years ago that the scale started back up (I was at 131) and that was entirely due to the fact that I let bad carbs and sugar back in. Now I am working on getting them out. Sugar is easier than bad carbs for me. But, I am on it. I still allow myself red wine and super dark chocolate, but I need to keep that on an occasional basis. I remember just 3 weeks after going off of sugar thinking when I woke up one morning, my head is so clear! I can really see now that I was in a fog. I felt more energetic too. Keep up the good work.

Now I must get back on the bandwagon as well as working out more regularly to get back to at least 134. Can't wait! Slim and fit feels better than sugar and empty carbs taste.
