So I made it yesterday and today my resolve is easier! Getting back on it I swear is just doing it.
I live with my folks and cook them dinner and I'm always cooking some what the same except more healthier for me. They will not change at all!
Anyways I bought a small dry erase board and I have already written me an at a girl
