OK Starting to get back on track. I worked out harder than I have in a while yesterday. And it felt really great! I am also trying hard not to think, "I've gotta lose this much by this time." That seems to set me up for failure. I just want to keep seeing the pounds drop away and my slim and fit body return a little more each day.

Best of luck to all of you too! Keep the faith. We can do this!

YES WE CAN! I don't think about it everyday but I do weigh, which is not for everybody. I find that if I weigh everyday, journal here, and hold myself accountable for everything I eat every time I eat then I do well because you are mentally setting your tone at and to yourself. I see what I'm putting in my mouth and ask myself is there room for this in my daily intake. I found that small cheats every now and than is better than it building up and then I loose it and eat too much. I think you are doing good <3 Kitty
