Didn't weigh in because of an unexpected gain, really unexpected and unfair and unwarranted. Finally, it dropped a tad this morning having been up for 10 days. I want to get another pound off by the 27th so the month's loss won't be awful. I have so much more to go. I have decided to skip eating cheese and cold cuts for lunch while home. I think the salt affected me. Also, I have not been drinking the water since I am cold and it makes me colder. I have fluids in the right amount, but not all in water. I am also cutting out the berries, allowed but affecting me badly. I will have the bars again.
