Great job! When I started my latest journey in January 2010, I didn't have much time for exercise, so I too just started eating in moderation just to get the journey started. The results took longer to attain, but now that I have time to exercise today, my revised eating habits complement the exercise, not sabotage it. Lifestyle change, not diet is what I have commited to. You can do this!

Exercising is my next step...first I wanted to work on my caloric intake, once I feel confident at that I will begin the exercise routine. I know exercising will speed my progress...and once into a routine I do enjoy it!
