oh the irony of it all,

i read 'sugar busters, i bake my south beach muffins, i exercise every day.....and i put on 2 pounds.

haaa-your post just drips with sarcasm. there is a rhyme to the reason, they say...you overcame the smoking obstacle--you can do THIS!!

I would say being prgnt, just to monitor your intake and not watch the scale so closely. Journal your food and take it with you to your docs so they can see what it is that you are eating and if they would like you to continue or alter some of it. :) Good luck, you have a great mind to be here and being watchful! :) Think positive!

Being pregnant certainly adds an important facet to your diet. I would be very, very careful with dieting at all (I confess to knowing little about this though). I hope you checked everything out. Anyway, be careful Mia.
