I was able to work off my holiday weight this week, plus a little more. BONUS!!!! However, I think I have started to come down with some sort of bug, and let me tell you, being at the gym doing your workouts while you are sick is a tough act. I hate feeling weaker than I should just because my body is also busy fighting off some sort of infection in my body. But gotta keep going. I just make sure to keep the disinfectant with me and clean my machines and weights when I am done. It's nothing serious. If it were, I would take the time off.
