I just keep gaining weight. I feel so hungry! I just at a ham sandwich, a salad, and a bowl of cream of chicken soup for lunch, like, two hours ago, and I'm already hungry. I was doing well when I l.o.g.g.e.d every thing I put in my face. I didn't really fell deprived. Just, left to my own natural eating, I eat for hibernation or something.

So, I'm going to start this jazz again. It's getting crappy. Clothes don't fit, and I don't do shopping. Too cheap for that. Over 200 lbs so quickly? Argh. I was down to like, 183. Craziness.

Do you drink enough water? Just took a trip through your journals and don't see a mention of it. I was hungry all of the time as well, but I started drinking like 24 to 48 ounces of water before a meal or anytime I got hungry and it really helped me. I hate water...and used that as an excuse forever to avoid it, but it has been a big help for me so just thought I'd mention it..Good Luck!!

I've tried drinking more, but now that you mention it, I think I'll add it to the journal! I hear that before, that drinking water before a meal helps. I think if I log the water, I can see how much it helps! Thanks a bunch. :)
