Wk 2 of 3rd 6 wks, SUCCESS (maintain 135-140 x 6wks while adding foods), 137.6, 36.3% body fat, musc mass 83.2/2, trace ketones, no exersize as away on business travel.

Breakfast Atkins choc chip granola bar,coffee w half and half, lunch salad w ? dressing (salad bar don't know what it was), luncheon meat, cheese (inside of sandwiches) dill pickle spears, diet pepsi, water, dinner chicken, spinich, 1/2 ceasar salad, glass red wine.

Friday breakfast atkins choc chip granola bar, coffee w half and half, small salad w tuna and blue cheese dressing, diet pepsi, dinner fish, salad, 3 glasses chardonnay (over 4 hour dinner and reception and after dinner).

7 xtras/7 days and lost 2 lbs. The goal is to maintain. This weight loss is unusual since I had increased in wt the week before - probably artifically -so I was due for weight loss. So I don't have a measure of how many xtras I can have yet without gaining. But that is why I will count these for 6 wks to get an average. The cool thing about eating a controlled diet where I don't measure foods and where I have adapted to include many of my favorite things (wine, coffee, blue cheese dressing, ice cream). is that I can live a lifetime eating this way. If this counting thing works, it will be even easier to live a lifetime following the plan.
