Finished a 43 hour fast yesterday. So far, I've had no difficulty keeping to a 20:4 IF 6 days a week and a complete fast on the 7th day. I'm really surprised by that, in as much as much of my life has revolved around eating prior to now. Still walking every day, and I started P-90 workouts again. I thought I was in pretty good shape until I started those :) Also starting the remodel of the office, so at least I won't be sitting around like a couch potato. The internet is still down at home, so I can only read or write posts when I'm at work. Hopefully they'll figure out the problem with it soon. Since we live far out in the country, the internet is kind of our link to the rest of the world. Books, movies, Facebook & FS all rely on the internet. I hope all y'all have a wonderful week!
