I am ecstatic!got off my plateau and I'm just dropping it That God! I have had company and she's got me running like crazy. That maybe why I'm dropping more but I dunno for sure I'll just take it!
I have been really hurting to the point of being seriously sick and in a lot of pain. Today I have decided I have to just tell her I can't do all the she may wanna do and I figure she will understand cause she sees my pain.
So today I flat told her I have to rest and I am.
But for now I'm so proud of myself for sticking as close to my diet as I can.
Whoot whoot!
