Helping a friend get to dr. appts. cut into some of my exercise time this week. Couldn't walk outside while I waited for her because of the heat -- I've always been sensitive to heat, plus that's one of the things they say to really watch with Afib. This week should be more "normal" so hope to get back to regular walking and eating schedule, and hopefully see a green arrow again!
