Here I go again. But this is different. I am going about this in an evidence based scientific way - not sure what's taken me so long, but hey.
I have learnt a lot from Fit for Life, Weight Watchers and Michelle Bridges that will help me to to be successful as I track my food consumption and exercise and steadily move towards achieving my goal.Consistent effort will be the key to my success.
It is important to remember, I feel better when I eat well.
Bad food makes me feel bad.
Armed with that knowledge, gained form experience - I'm excited and ready to begin.
